By enrolling in PHP Insurance Service, Inc SMS Program, you consent to receiving informational and/or promotional messages from PHP Insurance Service, Inc (and its affiliates) at the phone numbers you have provided, including text messages made with an automatic dialing system.
Your enrollment confirms your consent but is not a condition of purchase or service.
Your Mobile Number
You confirm that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided and are responsible for messages sent from the device.
You are responsible for notifying PHP Insurance Service, Inc of any changes to your contact information, including mobile number.
Costs and Frequency
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. PHP Insurance Service, Inc does not charge for the use of its SMS Programs. Message frequency varies.
Access or Delivery is Not Guaranteed
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services are outside of PHP Insurance Service Inc’s control, and therefore, PHP Insurance Service, Inc is not responsible or liable for issues arising (e.g. delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages)
You acknowledge that text communications are not secure or encrypted, and third parties can sometimes intercept messages or disguise messages as though they were sent by us. You agree that PHP Insurance Service, Inc will not be liable for any unauthorized access or interception of text communications with us.
We may send MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) messages, such as, but not limited to .jpgs, .png, .jpeg, .bmp, .txt, .doc, .docx. If your device does not support such files, it is your responsibility to request an alternative means of receiving the file (e.g. e-mail or mail).
Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages, text STOP. You consent that following a request to STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms may be updated by PHP Insurance Service, Inc at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to terminate any of the SMS Programs, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
