Bookkeeping Accounting Auditing Clerk

Join a leading insurance provider to manage financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and analyze data.
• Reconcile ledgers, manage A/P and A/R, process payroll and commissions.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations.
• Use QuickBooks and advanced Excel for reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 2+ years experience (insurance/financial services preferred).
• Strong GAAP knowledge, QuickBooks & Excel proficiency.
• Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) and California insurance licenses required.
